One of the great things about user-friendly software like Adobe Premiere Elements 11 is that it lets you make exactly as many decisions as you want to. If you’re the type who wants to exercise total control over every frame of your masterpiece, you can do that. Or if you want to get that family video cut together quickly so you can get back to other things, you can do that too.
In this free video from his just-released course Introducing Adobe Premiere Elements 11: Learn by Video, Chad Perkins shows you how to use the Smart Trim feature to let Premiere Elements pick out the best footage for you. Of course you, the human, can always choose to override these decisions if you wish; but why not have the machine do as much of the work as possible?
